Gascoigne could move to Dundee

Dundee manager Jim Duffy will find out tomorrow whether his move for Paul Gascoigne will get off the ground. The 35-year-old, who has already rejected an approach from English Third Division club Darlington, is considering his options after a move to US side DC United fell through.

But Dens Park boss Duffy is remaining cautiously optimistic he can bring the former Rangers and England midfielder to Tayside. "When I heard his move to America had fallen through, I phoned his agent to see about the possibility of Paul coming here. He told me Paul had a few offers on the table and is still to decide whether he is going to stay in the UK or go abroad," said Duffy.
