Arsenal should complete the signing of Lille defender Pascal Cygan later today, according to the player's agent. The 28-year-old first visited the Gunners several weeks ago following impressive displays for the French club in the Champions League.
Cygan's agent Frederic Dobraje, speaking in today's Guardian, confirmed: "We were at Arsenal this morning and spoke with the club to discuss terms of the contract. Discussions are still going on but we should finalise the deal on Tuesday afternoon."
