St Patrick's Athletic will respond to the FAI about the late registration of Mbabazi Livingston later today. The situation could see the Inchicore club docked 15 points, a move that would end their hopes of closing the four point gap on eircom Premier Division leaders Shelbourne.
According to a statement from Roy Dooney, the eircom League Commissioner, the club have passed the letters on to their solicitors, who have assured Dooney of a response later today.
