Willie Bruton scored a hat-trick to help Cobh Ramblers to their first win in 11 games with a 4-2 victory in the Eircom League First Division at St Colmans Park tonight. Bruton had scored twice by the end of the 40th minute before Mark Clifford also got on the scoreboard for the home-side in the second half. Athlone then struck back twice courtesy of goals from Alan McNevin and Conor Frawley before Bruton got his hat-trick in the 90th minute.
