N'gotty makes Bolton move permanent

Former French international Bruno N'gotty has made his loan move to Bolton Wanderers permanent. N'gotty, who joined Wanderers on loan from Marseille in September, has signed a four-year contract with the Premiership side. Manager Sam Allardyce had originally said N'gotty's signing was dependent on Bolton retaining their Premiership status at the end of the season but he is delighted to have secured the 30-year-old signing.

"We've taken the opportunity to sign someone who is a very important player to us. Over the seasons he has played in Italy and he's played in France, and his record before he came to us has been exceptionally good. He has proved that in his time with us and he has been one of our most successful players recently," explained Allardyce.

Meanwhile, Allardyce also confirmed that he is in talks with Cannes about a possible move for their 20-year-old midfielder Gerald Forschelet.
