Bohemians have beaten UCD 3-0 at Dalymount Park as this evening's eircom League fixtures were hit by the wet weather with two games postponed. Glen Crowe opened the scoring three minutes before the break. Trevor Molloy added a second in the 55th minute and Dave Morrison sealed the victory two minutes from time.
Bohs stay in sixth place but this result puts five points between themselves and seventh placed UCD. Stephen Kenny's team are now just one point behind fifth placed Derry City.
Two games scheduled for this evening were postponed because of waterlogged pitches - St Patrick's Athletic versus Derry City and Bray Wanderers versus Cork City. The Bray versus Cork game has been provisionally rescheduled for this coming Sunday, kick-off 3.15pm, but again this will depend on some improvement in the weather. No date has been set yet for the rearranged St Pat's v Derry game
Tomorrow evening's match between Kilkenny City and Sligo Rovers has also been called off. The Finn Harps v Waterford United match tomorrow evening is subject to a pitch inspection at 8:30 am tomorrow morning. Sunday afternoon's match between Derry City and Waterford United in the eircom League Cup has been given the go ahead.
