The winners of the quarter-final between Sheffield Wednesday and Watford, the only non-Premiership sides left in the competition, will face Blackburn with a home tie in the first leg.
Full draw: Sheff Wed/Watford v Blackburn, Chelsea v Tottenham.
Ties will commence on weekends of 7 and 21 January.
