Liverpool have signed rising Czech star Milan Baros on a five-year contract, a spokesman for the player's club said earlier today.
The 19-year-old Banik Ostrava international striker joins Liverpool in a deal worth €5.3 million.
Baros, regarded as one of the brightest prospects in Czech football, will only link up with Liverpool after securing work clearance from British immigration authorities.
The striker will join fellow Czech Republic internationals Patrik Berger and Vladimir Smicer at Anfield.
