Bohemians have been dealt a blow prior to Wednesday's second leg of their European Champions League against Halmstaad in Sweden, after striker Alex Nesovic was ruled out today suffering from blistered feet. Bohemians warmed up for Wednesday's game with a 2-1 win over Wycombe Wanderers at Dalymount Park this afternoon with goals from Simon Webb and Glen Crowe.
Elsewhere, Shamrock Rovers overcame St Catherines 3-1 in the Ladies Senior Cup final at Clonshaugh this afternoon. Anita Brannigan gave Rovers the lead after 10 minutes, before Elaine O'Connor equalised 20 minutes later. Ashling Callaghan's goal on the 33rd minute put the Hoops back in front but four minutes later Olivia O'Toole put in number three.
