Andy Cole has signed a new four-year contract with Manchester United and wants to spend the rest of his career with the Premiership champions. The 29-year-old, who joined United for £7million from Newcastle in 1995, has put pen to paper on the deal which should keep him at Old Trafford until July 2005.
“I am delighted to have signed a new deal that effectively ensures I will play the rest of my career for Manchester United. As far as I am concerned I never wanted to play anywhere else,” Cole said.
