The English FA's chances of hosting the 2006 world cup are now looking less and less likley. Reports today suggest that only 2 of the 8 UEFA delegates will back their bid with the remaining 6 backing the rival German consortium. FIFA,the world governing body will make a final decision on who will stage the competition next week.
