Gheorghe Hagi, the most capped player in the history of Romanian football, has said today that he will quit international football after Euro 2000.
Hagi, who came out of a previous retirement to help his country reach these finals, plans to continue his club career for another season - after winning the UEFA Cup last month with Galatasaray.
