Leicester City will not be pressing for any further action to be taken against Tranmere manager John Aldridge over his alleged slap on Leicester's Theo Zagorakis during the English League Cup final yesterday. Aldridge is reported to have confronted Zagorakis after the Greek captain allegedly applauded when Tranmere defender Clint Hill was sent off. He could however still face a misconduct charge from the English FA, who are waiting to see if the referee mentions the incident in his report. Leicester won the game 2-1 with two goals from Matthew Elliot.
