The Republic of Ireland may not be taking part in the Euro 2000 finals but the country will be represented at the finals, which are co-hosted by Belgium and the Netherlands. Eddie Foley from Youghal in Co Cork is named amongst the assistant referees.
England's Graham Poll and Scotland's Hugh Dallas will both officiate at the games while England's Philip Sharp joins Foley among the assistant referees. The finals take place between June 10 and July 2.
