Shamrock Rovers Chairman Joe Colwell has said he expects the Hoops to be playing football in their new stadium in Tallaght in Dublin next September.
South Dublin County Council yesterday voted 22-4 in favour of allowing Shamrock Rovers to use some of the land near the Stadium site as a car park. This has effectively cleared the last major obstacle to the commencement of construction work at the site.
