Judd Trump beat Shaun Murphy 10-4 in Berlin to claim his fourth German Masters crown and a first ranking title in more than a year.
The world number one led 5-3 at the end of the afternoon session, and when play resumed two steals on final blacks and a break of 68 put him five ahead.
A brilliant plant almost helped Murphy pull one back but he went in off on the pink to gift Trump a 9-3 lead at the mid-session interval.
Murphy returned to pinch one back on the black, but Trump got over the line in the next to lift a first trophy since he won the UK Championship in November 2024.
