Judd Trump's 22-match winning streak was brought to an end by Stephen Maguire in the third round of the International Championship in Tianjin.

Trump was bidding for a fourth straight ranking title but lost the opening two frames against Scot Maguire and was unable to find a way back.

Ronnie O'Sullivan did make it through to the fourth round with a 6-4 victory but he was made to battle by Jak Jones.

A 130 break for the Welshman in the fifth frame helped him stay in touch with O'Sullivan, and the match was in the balance at 4-4 before the seven-time world champion pulled away, finishing with a 130 of his own.

O'Sullivan will next face Anthony McGill, who defeated Jack Lisowski 6-2, while John Higgins hit two centuries in a 6-1 win over Dylan Emery.

Mark Selby was a 6-2 winner over Xiao Guodong, and Ding Junhui edged to a 6-5 victory against Gary Wilson but Kyren Wilson was beaten by Northern Irishman Jordan Brown whose compatriot Mark Allen lost to Thepchaiya Un-Nooh.
