Judd Trump powered into the semi-finals of the Cazoo Champion of Champions with two convincing victories in Bolton on Monday.
The world number two made five breaks of more than 50 – including a 104 – as he thrashed Ryan Day 6-0 in his group final after earlier beating David Lilley 4-1.
Day had reached the first of the four group finals in the 16-player tournament with a 4-2 victory over Stephen Maguire.
