Neil Robertson's coffee mishap was followed by Barry Hawkins sitting in the wrong chair to add a light-hearted edge to the start of their second-round encounter at the World Championship.
The start of the match was delayed when Robertson spilt his drink on his trousers, while there was a further hold up when Hawkins sat in the Australian's chair, which had to be sanitised.
After the first two frames were shared, Hawkins was made to pay for missing a frame-winning black and then a routine red, allowing Robertson to make a 54 clearance and move into a 2-1 lead.
In the next frame, it was Robertson's turn to fluff his lines as a missed pink led to Hawkins levelling at 2-2 ahead of the mid-session interval.
On the other table, Kyren Wilson opened up a 4-1 lead on Martin Gould.
"The most bizarre start to a match in Crucible history!"@nr147 has had a mishap with his drink - and is heading off to get changed! 🤣
