Ireland's Michael Judge went out of the Grand Prix at the Guild Hall in Preston today after losing to local favourite Ian McCulloch 6-1.

McCulloch will now play either Ronnie O'Sullivan, the world champion and world number one, or Yokshireman Paul Hunter, the 2004 Masters champion and world number four, in tomorrow's final.

Despite defeat Judge has been happy with his form this week.

"I've been delighted with the week, but I didn't do myself justice in the semi-final. I let myself down a little bit. Hopefully I will equip myself better next time. " he said.

This evening Ronnie O'Sullivan plays Paul Hunter in the second semi-final.
