It was quarter-finals day at the Masters in Wembley today and John Parrott and Mathew Stephens have won through to the semi-finals. Stephens was the first player through to the semi's, with victory over Jimmy White this afternoon. Stevens won the first five frames without reply, and went on to take the match by six frames to three. John Parrott defeated Ronnie O'Sullivan by 6 frames to 3 aswell this evening in the second of the last 8 matches. Six times winner Stephen Hendry beat Martin King 6-3 last night to set up a quarter-final against Ken Doherty. After some disappointing recent form, Doherty had upped a gear in his earlier 6-0 drubbing of Ali Carter.
