James Ryan and Garry Ringrose have both been ruled out of Ireland's Six Nations clash with England on Saturday.
Ryan was removed from play for a head injury assessment in the final 10 minutes of Sunday's three-point victory over Scotland, and has been declared unfit for this weekend’s fixture. The lock's return to play will be managed by Leinster.
Ringrose has been ruled out of the England game with an ankle injury and will be further assessed by the Ireland and Leinster medical teams.
Tom O’Toole will remain with Ulster after picking up a knock at the end of last week.
Connacht’s Finlay Bealham will stay with the squad having provided additional cover in Murrayfield.
Peter O’Mahony is back with the squad and available for selection after serving a three-match suspension for his red card against Wales on the opening weekend of the competition.
