Leo Cullen was able to report a relatively clean bill of health following Leinster's facile URC win over Ospreys and played down fears over Harry Byrne and Tommy O'Brien.
The province tuned up for next weekend's Champions Cup final with a 10-try rout of the Welsh visitors that secured second place in the table and a home knock-out clash with Lions.
Winger O'Brien was named to start but withdrew before kick-off allowing James Lowe to see his first action since Ireland's Six Nations win over England last March.
"Tommy just picked up a knock on Thursday, he still got picked on the team," Cullen told RTÉ Sport afterwards.
"I thought it would be OK this morning but it hasn't quite turned around. I don't think it's anything major."
Out-half Byrne kicked four first-half conversions but was replaced at the break by Ciarán Frawley, while Fintan Gunne came on for scrum-half Jamison Gibson-Park, and Hugh Cooney also picked up a knock.
"Yeah, I think he's OK, Harry," said the head coach.
"A little bit of [back] tightness, but I think he's OK. Jamison, again, we just decided to make the change with the half-backs at half-time.
"Hugh Cooney, he probably looked the most significant there. Obviously, he had come off the bench to replace Garry [Ringrose], so he's done something to his knee there.
"Hopefully, it's not too bad, but he looks like the most significant."
Prop Tadhg Furlong, who missed their semi-final win over Toulon, played the last 34 minutes without any issues, while wing Jordan Larmour scored two tries on his first outing since the start of December.
Jack Conan and Robbie Henshaw also came through unscathed.
With focus quickly turning to Bilbao, Cullen added: "This is going to be a huge week for the club and I know it's going to be an amazing challenge against Bordeaux, who obviously are the current champions.
"They've probably been the form team in Europe over the last couple of seasons.
"I know they are heavy favourites going into the game, but we'll do everything we can to give it our best shot.
"Bordeaux is literally up the road from Bilbao so it'll be a hostile atmosphere over there, but hopefully there'll be a few Leinster jerseys in the crowd.
"[Our players] know what's at stake here now. And that's why you see guys play to the very end really.
"It was great, and really positive some, of the guys coming back in after injury lay-offs, Jordan Larmour, really positive performance from him.
"Similar to James Lowe and [prop] Alex Usanov then coming off the bench as well.
"Three guys that have been out for a little while. Alex Usanov has made a remarkably quick return, which is fantastic for the group to have that level of competition, that's positive.
"The group is pushing each other hard at the moment and we just need to continue going after that from a training point of view, week to week."
Bordeaux-Begles, meanwhile, warmed up with a 37-32 Top 14 win over Prepignan. While Leinster have lost three finals in the last four seasons, Cullen was delighted that his side, last winners in 2018, have worked their way back for another shot.
"This is what you do all the work for, the buzz of these games, there's nothing quite beats it," he said.
"You want to put yourself in these situations. We've had disappointing days and all the rest, but you still want to keep putting yourself in that situation because it's an amazing way to test yourselves as a group.
"That's what it's all about, trying to achieve and giving everything to it.
"Hopefully, we'll have plenty of Leinster fans over there as well and we'll make it a very, very special day."
