Ulster captain Iain Henderson will miss the Challenge Cup final after the Irish international was hit with a three-game ban for his red card against the Stormers.
The lock received a yellow card against the South African side for a croc roll on Deon Fourie, which was later upgraded to a red card by the off-field bunker review.
In a major blow for the province ahead of its first European final in 14 years when they take on Montpellier next Friday, the 34-year-old will miss the showpiece, as well as the final round URC game with Glasgow.
Should Ulster progress to the URC knockout stages, he would also miss a quarter-final. If not, the international fixture between Australia and Ireland on 4 July would complete the three-week suspension.
