Leinster head coach Leo Cullen has confirmed that Robbie Henshaw will miss Saturday's United Rugby Championship clash with the Lions at Aviva Stadium as he enters graduated return to play protocols.
The centre was carried off on a stretcher following a collision with Mikheil Shioshvili after just 15 minutes in Saturday's bruising Champions Cup semi-final victory over Toulon when he was replaced by Jamie Osborne.
In other team news, prop Tadhg Furlong and winger James Lowe are back training and a decision on their availability will be made later in the week. Jordan Larmour is also back in full harness and the winger could come into contention to face the Lions.
Centre Tommy O'Brien will be further assessed later in the week after picking up an injury on Saturday. Jack Conan will also be reassessed in the coming days.
Flanker Josh van der Flier has graduated return to play protocols and may also be ready for Saturday's tie.
There were no further updates on absentees Ryan Baird, Jack Boyle, Paddy McCarthy, RG Snyman, Charlie Tector and Alex Usanov.
Leinster sit level on points with Lions, in fourth place in the URC table, behind Saturday's opponents on score difference. Kick-off at Lansdowne Road on Saturday is at 5.30pm.
