Connacht scored two late tries to upset United Rugby Championship leaders Glasgow Warriors 15-10 in Galway.
Defences were on top in the opening hour with the only points being a penalty from Connacht's Sam Gilbert.
The game swung Glasgow’s way after 58 minutes when home second-row forward Joe Joyce was sent to the sin bin.
Glasgow made the most of their numerical advantage three minutes later as Kyle Rowe dotted down from a pass from Dan Lancaster, son of Connacht head coach Stuart Lancaster.
Winger Rowe scampered over again seven minutes later after collecting Lancaster’s kick and beating home defenders.
Connacht levelled matters six minutes from time when Gilbert converted Josh Murphy’s try, and the hosts kept alive their hopes of a top-eight finish as Sean Jansen scored a dramatic stoppage-time try.
"To get the win for us is huge," head coach Stuart Lancaster told RTÉ Sport afterwards.
"It was nip and tuck, wasn't it? Glasgow, as they do, were always going to put pressure on and they scored two good tries. But I thought the composure... we missed the penalty but then we still kept our heads, got the try.
"Some of the attacking sequences we put in towards the end, when traditionally teams against Glasgow would tire, I thought we actually got better as the game went on. That's a testament to the work that the S&C guys do here and the coaches, so that we can play that 80 minutes.
"It's something I think we've struggled with this season to play those rollercoaster games and come out on top in 80 minutes. I'm just grateful we've done it this time and it gives the boys a bit of confidence going into the next block.
"It's a reward and thank you to all our fans for supporting us in the tough times and it's nice to give them that win on a Saturday afternoon, which means they can enjoy their Guinness tonight, as we can."
