James Lowe will continue to be assessed for a groin strain, while Jack Conan has returned to training following an illness in the wake of Ireland's record 42-21 victory at Twickenham.
Leinster wing Lowe was withdrawn early in Ireland's win in London, suffering a groin issue as he sought to chase a loose England pass close to the Irish try-line.
Conan, who had impressed in his second half showing against Italy, was ruled out before kick-off and replaced on the bench by Cian Prendergast.
Meanwhile, a number of players have returned to their respective provinces ahead of the resumption of the BKT URC this weekend.
Harry Byrne, Nathan Doak, Edwin Edogbo, Tom Farrell, Cormac Izuchukwu, Michael Milne, Darragh Murray, Jude Postlethwaite, Cian Prendergast, Tom Stewart and Bryn Ward could all play for their sides.
The URC returns this weekend, with Leinster away to Cardiff on Friday, Munster hosting Zebre and Ulster visiting Ospreys on Saturday, while Scarlets are the visitors to Connacht's Dexcom Stadium on Sunday.
Ireland's next Six Nations game is at home to Wales on Friday week at 8.10pm, the game shown live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player.
