Munster lock Jean Kleyn is to join Gloucester next season after a 10-year spell with the Irish province.
The 32-year-old South African played 160 times for the club since making his debut in 2016.
Capped by Ireland in 2019, he featured at that year's World Cup before switching his allegiance to his native country in 2023 and helping the Springboks to retain their title in France.
"A complete professional, JK is a hugely popular member of the squad and I know he will be hugely missed by the playing group and all of those who work with him on a daily basis," said Munster Rugby general manager Ian Costello.
"We will wish him and his family all the best and as a group we will be highly motivated to ensure this season is a successful and memorable one for JK and his family."
Kleyn made his 100th Munster appearance in a clash against Zebre in January 2022.
The following season was one of the second row's best as he started 24 games during the 2022/23 campaign, which included 19 starts in a row, culminating in the URC triumph against the Stormers in Cape Town.
Kleyn missed the weekend's Champions Cup loss to Toulon with a calf injury but is fit and available for Saturday's visit of Castres to Thomond Park.
Prop Oli Jager has recovered from a head injury while Craig Casey (shoulder) and Diarmuid Barron (knee) are both being assessed with their availability to be determined later in the week.
Scrum-half Paddy Patterson (head) and wing Calvin Nash (shoulder/head) have been ruled out.
Forward Tom Ahern missed the game with a neck injury and will be assessed as the week progresses to determine his availability.

Meanwhile, Glasgow have confirmed that Scotland centre Huw Jones (above) will join Toulon next season.
The 32-year-old arrived at the Warriors in 2017 and spent the 2021/22 season at Harlequins before returning north.
The former Western Province and Stormers back has won 61 international caps including three with the British and Irish Lions last summer.
Jones will follow several of his international colleagues in heading to the Top 14, with Ben White currently at Toulon, Blair Kinghorn at Toulouse, Jonny Gray at Bordeaux, Jamie Ritchie at Perpignan, and Ali Price and Stuart Hogg at Montpellier, while Finn Russell previously spent five years with Racing 92.
Jones' current Glasgow team-mate Adam Hastings is also moving to the south of France in the summer after it was announced earlier this week that he will be joining Montpellier.
