An Ireland XV will take on England 'A' in Limerick's Thomond Park next February.
The development side last faced Spain in November, and Ireland 'A' lost to England 'A' in Bristol during last spring's Six Nations window.
The IRFU said the fixture would provide "another valuable opportunity for players of national interest to be exposed to high-level game time in a green jersey".
The game, on Friday 6 February, takes place the day after Andy Farrell's side open their 2026 Guinness Six Nations campaign against France in Paris.
