Mack Hansen returns to the Ireland team to take on Australia on Saturday, while Sam Prendergast gets the nod at out-half.
Winger Hansen had been out of action with a foot injury picked up on club duty with Connacht but replaces the injured Jamie Osborne for the Aviva Stadium clash (8.10pm).
Leinster out-half Prendergast was used off the bench for the defeat to New Zealand and the win over Japan and replaces Munster's Jack Crowley, who is among the replacements.
Captain Caelan Doris starts at 7 with Jack Conan coming in at number 8.

Meanwhile, there is a first start for loosehead prop Paddy McCarthy (above), who made his debut against the All Blacks and scored his first try against the Brave Blossoms.
He packs down beside Dan Sheehan and Tadhg Furlong, with James Ryan and Tadhg Beirne in the second row.
Ryan Baird retains his place at blindside wing forward.
Scrum-half Jamison Gibson-Park comes in for Craig Casey, while Stuart McCloskey returns from an adductor injury to partner Robbie Henshaw in midfield.
Last weekend's player of the match Tommy O'Brien and the returning James Lowe line up on the wings either side of Hansen.
Rónan Kelleher, Andrew Porter, Thomas Clarkson, Nick Timoney and Cian Prendergast are the forward replacements, while Craig Casey, Crowley and Bundee Aki provide the backline reinforcements.

Elsewhere, Joe Schmidt has handed James O'Connor (above) a start at out-half, among six changes from the side that were defeated by Italy in Udine last week.
O'Connor, who wasn't involved in last week's defeat, comes straight into the 10 shirt, with Carter Gordon ruled out.
Schmidt has also axed tighthead prop Taniela Tupou from his matchday 23, with the Racing 92 prop replaced by Allan Ala'alatoa in the starting team, with Zane Nonggorr on the bench.
Rob Valetini returns to the starting back row, with Tom Hooper moving to the second row and Nick Frost dropping to the bench.
Len Ikitau comes into the centre, partnering Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii in the centre, while Max Jorgensen is at full-back, and Filipo Daugunu on the right wing.
"There's great respect and familiarity between Ireland and Australia and Saturday is the latest renewal in a series of matches which have been pretty evenly balanced over the last number of years," said Farrell, whose side won last year's game 22-19.
"There has been a good buzz around training this week and the players are excited about the challenge that awaits.
"For us it’s about putting in an 80-plus minute performance and to try and implement our gameplan in front of what we know will be a vocal home support."
