Leinster have allayed injury concerns around RG Snyman after the lock returned to full training ahead of Saturday's Champions Cup semi-final, but James Ryan is a major doubt for the game against Northampton.
Snyman came off the bench in the URC win over Ulster nine days ago but was replaced after just 18 minutes.
At the time Leinster, said the South African had suffered a dead leg.
He missed Saturday's defeat to Scarlets but has now rejoined the squad and been given the all-clear to face the English Premiership side at Aviva Stadium on Saturday (5.30pm, live on RTÉ2/Player).
"RG Snyman has returned to full training having recovered from injury," said the province.
Ireland lock Ryan, who hasn’t played since the end of the Six Nations with a calf injury, "will look to increase his training load this week as he continues his recovery from injury and will be further assessed as the week goes on".
Speaking to RTÉ Sport on Monday afternoon, assistant coach Robin McBryde indicated that the 28-year-old wouldn't feature this weekend.

He said: "I couldn't give you a definite [timeline] but he took part in the unit part of training today, it's progression, and you see how he reacts and you take the next step.
"It's day-by-day but it's good signs, positive signs, the fact that he's able to take the field and play his part in preparing the team for Saturday.
"Everyone is different with rehab, that's why it's so hard to predict when someone is going to be back fit.
"Hopefully, he'll make it before the end of the season and be fit, I'm sure he'll be raring to go."
Forward Ryan Baird came through the game at the weekend with no issues after his return from injury.
Will Connors suffered an arm injury against Scarlets and has been ruled out.
Lock Brian Deeny, meanwhile, has been ruled out for the rest of the season after undergoing a procedure.
Back Rob Russell will also be assessed during the week as he steps up his recovery.
