Croke Park will play host to Leinster's Investec Champions Cup last-16 clash against Premiership side Harlequins on Saturday, 5 April.
The match at GAA HQ will kick off at 3pm and will be broadcast live on RTÉ2 and the RTÉ Player.
Leinster's emphatic 47-21 win over Bath on Saturday meant that the province topped their pool and also went into the Champions Cup last 16 as second seeds, ensuring that they will have home advantage through the knockout stages of this season's competition.
Harlequins, meanwhile, finished fourth overall in Pool 4, leaving them seeded 15th, just ahead of Ulster and landing the Twickenham-based side with a trip to Dublin.
Leinster last played at Croke Park in October when they took on Munster in an inter-provincial clash, while Leo Cullen's side also beat Northampton Saints in a European semi-final at the venue last May.
Munster and Ulster also qualified for the Champions Cup last 16 and will play Ronan O'Gara's La Rochelle and Bordeaux Begles respectively.
