Ireland international Katie Corrigan scored a hat-trick of tries as the Wolfhounds got back to winning ways in the Celtic Challenge.
After a derby defeat to Clovers last weekend, Neill Alcorn's side responded with an eight-try demolition of Glasgow Warriors in Belfast.
Wing Corrigan scored three, while international team-mates Erin King (2), Linda Djougang, Niamh O’Dowd and player of the match Eve Higgins also crossed in a 48-7 victory.
Dannah O’Brien landed four conversions.
Meanwhile, Clovers also recorded their second win of the season as they overcame erstwhile league leaders Gwalia Lightning of Wales at the Kingspan Stadium.
Emily Lane, player of the match, scored twice, with Alana McInerney, Hannah Clarke, Sophie Barrett also grabbing tries for Denis Fogarty’s charges.
Nicole Fowley and Caitríona Finn added a conversion apiece in the 29-7 success.
Edinburgh, who have played just two games, top the standings on points difference over the Wolfhounds and Clovers.
In round four on Saturday, the Wolfhounds are in Wales to face Brython Thunder (12pm), while the Clovers host Edinburgh at Virgin Media Park in Cork (3pm).
