Harry Byrne will get an opportunity to impress at out-half on Saturday, with Ciarán Frawley ruled out of Leinster's Investec Champions Cup Pool 4 trip to the Leicester Tigers.
Byrne missed out on last week's 43-7 win against Stade Francais with an ankle injury but has recovered to take his place in the side for the province's final match before the Six Nations break.
Frawley, meanwhile, is still being assessed for a rib injury picked up in the win against the French side.
It's one of two changes made by head coach Leo Cullen, as James Ryan also comes back into the side to partner Joe McCarthy at lock, while Jason Jenkins drops to the bench.
The rest of the pack is unchanged, with Tadhg Furlong, Dan Sheehan and Andrew Porter across the front row, while Ryan Baird, Josh van der Flier and Caelan Doris fill out the back row.
Byrne partners Jamison Gibson-Park in the half-backs, with Robbie Henshaw and Garry Ringrose linking up in the centre.
James Lowe retains his place on the left wing after making his first appearance of the season last week, with Hugo Keenan at full-back and Jordan Larmour looking to build on his Ireland call-up on the right wing.
Leinster are already guaranteed a place in the last-16, while a win against Leinster will give them home advantage for the next round, as well as a potential quarter-final.
Leinster: Hugo Keenan; Jordan Larmour, Garry Ringrose (co-capt), Robbie Henshaw, James Lowe; Harry Byrne, Jamison Gibson-Park; Andrew Porter, Dan Sheehan, Tadhg Furlong, Joe McCarthy, James Ryan (co-capt); Ryan Baird, Josh van der Flier, Caelan Doris
Replacements: Rónan Kelleher, Cian Healy, Michael Ala'alatoa, Ross Molony, Jack Conan, Luke McGrath, Sam Prendergast, Tommy O'Brien

Munster have made just one change to their starting side for the visit of Northampton Saints to Thomond Park tomorrow.
The URC champions are almost certain to qualify for the last-16, and a losing bonus-point will guarantee that, while the already-qualified Saints will be looking for a first win at Thomond Park to book a home tie in the next round.
Munster's only change from last week's impressive win away to Toulon sees Oli Jager come in to make his first Champions Cup start.
The 28-year-old has missed the last two games due to concussion, and comes in to join Niall Scannell and Jeremy Loughman in the front row.
Tadhg Beirne captains the side once again from the second row, while he's partnered at lock by Tom Ahern.
Peter O'Mahony and John Hodnett pack down on the flanks, either side of number 8 Gavin Coombes.
Craig Casey again gets the nod over Conor Murray to partner Jack Crowley in the half-backs, while it's the first-choice centre pairing of Alex Nankivell and Antoine Frisch.
Calvin Nash and Shane Daly start as usual on the wings, while Simon Zebo will look to continue his good recent form from full-back.
Munster: Simon Zebo; Calvin Nash, Antoine Frisch, Alex Nankivell, Shane Daly; Jack Crowley, Craig Casey; Jeremy Loughman, Niall Scannell, Oli Jager; Tom Ahern, Tadhg Beirne (capt); Peter O'Mahony, John Hodnett, Gavin Coombes.
Replacements: Eoghan Clarke, Josh Wycherley, John Ryan, Brian Gleeson, Alex Kendellen, Conor Murray, Joey Carbery, Seán O’Brien.
Ulster head coach Dan McFarland has made two changes for his side's must-win game away to Harlequins in Pool 2.
Both changes come in the back row, as Dave Ewers and Sean Reffell drop out and David McCann (above) and Matty Rea come into the back row, flanking Nick Timoney.
Timoney is one of six members of the Irish Six Nations squad to start, with Iain Henderson chief among them, captaining the side at second row alongside Kieran Treadwell, while Tom O'Toole and Tom Stewart pack down in the front row with Springbok World Cup winner Steven Kitshoff.
The backline is unchanged, with Billy Burns and John Cooney forming an experienced 9-10 partnership.
Stuart McCloskey and James Hume start alongside each other in the centre, with Mike Lowry at full-back and Rob Baloucoune and Jacob Stockdale on the wings.
