Ulster v Connacht, Kingspan Stadium, Friday, 7.35pm
Connacht had a very poor start to the season. They had to play a lot of their United Rugby Championship games away from home because they were redoing the pitch at the Sportsground.
So if you told them back at Christmas that they would make the play-offs I'm sure they would have been thrilled.
But Ulster finished the league campaign second and have been playing really well of late.
Bundee Aki and Mack Hansen are back in the Connacht line-up but I have to say with home advantage, I do fancy Ulster in this one. Albeit I think Connacht will give them a serious run.
Leinster v Sharks, Aviva Stadium, Saturday, 5pm
I think there will be changes for Leinster. Leo Cullen almost said as much really in the aftermath of their great win over Toulouse last weekend given the run that they have.
With knockout games, it could be five weekends in a row, so I think there will be changes.
But we've seen Leinster's strength in depth. They finished the league in first place and only had that one defeat against the Bulls when they basically had an under-23s side out.
The Sharks, I saw them against Munster only two weeks ago. They have a strong team on paper but they just lack real intensity.
They are also short two massive Springbok forwards in Eben Etzebeth and Siya Kolisi. They have danger in the backline, World Cup winners in Lukhanyo Am and Makazole Mapimpi. But overall I think Leinster will be too strong.
Although it'll be a little bit strange with a small crowd in the Aviva, with a restricted crowd. Leinster have to play there because of the Bruce Springsteen concerts but I expect Leinster to make the semi-finals.
Glasgow Warriors v Munster, Scotstoun Stadium, Saturday, 7.35pm
Glasgow have had a really good season under Franco Smith. They've made the final of the Challenge Cup, played against Toulon, so they were in action again last weekend.
So for Munster, I think that gives them an opportunity. Glasgow have a massive run of games but there's no love lost between these two. It's always a feisty game.
Only a couple of weeks ago, Munster found themselves 31-0 down against Glasgow in Thomond Park of all places. I think that sort of led to a lot of soul-searching within the Munster camp.
I was in South Africa for their two games down there and I think they addressed the areas that were issues against Glasgow last time out in terms of their defence and work at the breakdown.
I was really impressed by Munster in South Africa but this is going to be a tough game.
A key figure here is Nigel Carolan, former Ireland Under-20s and Connacht coach. He's in charge of that Glasgow back line and they have the likes of Huw Jones and Sione Tuipulotu who were outstanding for Scotland in the Six Nations.
This is going to be a really tight one but I have a sneaking suspicion. I was really impressed by Munster down under and I think that trip came at the right time for them, there's a massive bond within the group.
It's going to be tough, Glasgow are favourites but Munster might just sneak it.
