Hugo Keenan will make his 50th appearance for Leinster when they face Gloucester at Kingsholm in Saturday's Heineken Champions Cup tie (kick-off 1pm).

Keenan continues at full-back with Garry Ringrose restored as captain on his return to the starting line-up, while Cian Healy is poised to make his 100th European appearance after being named on the bench.

Ringrose is partnered by the in-form Jamie Osborne in midfield with Jamison Gibson-Park and Ross Byrne the half-back combination.

Jordan Larmour and Jimmy O’Brien are retained on the wings as James Lowe is not included in the match-day 23.

Ireland internationals Andrew Porter, James Ryan, Ryan Baird, Josh van der Flier and Caelan Doris come into the pack, while Michael Milne, Brian Deeny and Liam Turner could all make their European debuts from the bench.

Jack Crowley and Joey Carbery both start for Munster

Munster have made nine changes to their side for the visit of Northampton Saints on Saturday (kick-off 3.15pm, live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player), but the omission of Conor Murray from their squad is the main talking point of Graham Rowntree's match-day squad.

The 100-cap Ireland international has been left out of the match-day 23, with Craig Casey returning to the starting side and Paddy Patterson included on the bench.

Casey joins Joey Carbery in the half-backs while Jack Crowley is also included, named at first centre alongside Antoine Frisch.

Shane Daly swaps from the right wing to the left, with Calvin Nash coming into the No 14 shirt as full-back Mike Haley completes the backline.

Roman Salanoa retains his place in the pack, with Niall Scannell and Dave Kilcoyne coming into the front row. Tadhg Beirne returns in the second row to partner Jean Kleyn, while Gavin Coombes drops back to No 8, having started at lock a week ago.

Jack O'Donoghue continues on the blindside flank while Peter O'Mahony is also available and captains the team from openside.

Ulster captain Iain Henderson moves into the back row

Stuart McCloskey, James Hume and John Cooney have all been rested by Ulster head coach Dan McFarland, who makes eight changes for their trip to face La Rochelle (kick-off 5.30pm Irish time).

Five of those changes come in the backline, including a new half-back partnership. Nathan Doak comes in for Cooney, while Ian Madigan makes just his second appearance of the season at 10 after recovering from injury.

With McCloskey and Hume both rested, Stewart Moore and Luke Marshall come into the centre, while Rob Lyttle replaces the injured Robert Baloucoune on the right wing.

Jacob Stockdale and Mike Lowry are the only backs to keep their place in the side after last week's 31-29 defeat to Benetton.

Alan O'Connor joins Kieran Treadwell in the second row, while Rory Sutherland returns at loosehead, partnering Jeff Toomaga-Allen and Rob Herring in the front row.

Academy forward Harry Sheridan is primed to make his first senior appearance off the bench.

Hansen replaces Tiernan O'Halloran at 15 with Byron Ralston and Alex Wootton coming in at outside centre and left wing respectively.

Cathal Forde is retained at inside centre after his two-try display against the Cell C Sharks while Colm Reilly partners captain Jack Carty at half-back.
