Head coach Dave Rennie says Australia are determined to "make a statement" against Ireland as they bid to bounce back from an embarrassing upset at the hands of Italy.
Rennie made 10 changes ahead of last weekend's shock defeat in Florence but insists he has no selection regrets.
The New Zealander has reverted to arguably his strongest Wallabies starting XV for Saturday evening's Dublin showdown against the world's top-ranked team, retaining only five of the players who began against the Azzurri.
"I understand the fact that as head coach you've got to take things on the chin," said the 58-year-old.
"It was our decision to pick that side last week and I still don't have any regrets around the men we chose.
"It was right for the group, it's right for the future, we need to provide opportunity for them and we need to share the load.
"It was a side that was good enough to win and we didn't so I've got to take responsibility for that.
"I know we've got a very determined squad, we want to make a statement this weekend."

Prop Allan Alaalatoa, centres Hunter Paisami and Len Ikitau, and wings Tom Wright and Mark Nawaqanitawase are the only starters to survive a humiliating and historic 28-27 defeat at Stadio Artemio Franchi.
Captain James Slipper, half-back partners Nic White and Bernard Foley, and flanker Michael Hooper are among the 10 men recalled by the Wallabies.
The two-time world champions have lost 11 of 15 Tests during the past year following a landmark first reversal at the hands of the Azzurri and have won only two of their previous seven meetings with Ireland.
"We dealt with it early in the week," Rennie said of the Italy result. "You've got to look forward but you can't just shelve that performance.
"Because of our travel arrangements, we had our review in Florence.
"We've had a couple of team meetings, we've reflected on where we need to be this week and the boys have prepared well.
"We're trying to put our best team on the field against the number one team in the world."
