Ireland U20 coach Richie Murphy has added Jimmy Duffy, Willie Faloon and Mark Sexton to his coaching ticket ahead of the Six Nations Championship next year.
The trio join up after Denis Leamy and Colm Tucker both moved on to new roles in the Leinster and Connacht senior squads respectively.
Duffy joins as forwards coach, having held the same role for several years at Connacht before his departure in the summer.
Former Ulster and Connacht flanker Faloon has been recruited as defence coach. The 35-year-old is currently part of the Ulster academy structure as elite performance development officer, having cut his teeth with a successful spell as head coach of City of Armagh in the All-Ireland League.
Sexton - brother of Ireland captain Johnny - has been working in a similar role with Connacht Rugby this summer, having previously played and coached with St Mary's in the All-Ireland League. He's been given the role of backs and skills coach with the U20 squad.
Murphy said: "We're very lucky to have the calibre of coach and person in our set-up.
"Jimmy is a very experienced coach from his time with Connacht and the guys will learn a lot from him.
"Both Willie and Mark are excellent young coaches and have fitted in really well already, adding a huge amount to the environment.
"We've had two camps in recent weeks and you can already see the information being passed over to the players and that has been invaluable for the wider group as we build towards 2022. You can see the coaches building nice relationships with the players and that puts us in a good place."
After a defeat to Italy in a warm-up game last weekend, Ireland reconvene in Cork on 27 December ahead of a challenge match against a Munster development side.
Ireland open their Six Nations campaign against Wales on 4 February.
