Andy Farrell has made four changes to the Ireland side to to face Argentina on Sunday.
Ulster wing Robert Baloucoune, Leinster centre Robbie Henshaw and Munster half-backs Joey Carbery and Conor Murray return to the team.
Out-half and captain Johnny Sexton and scrum-half Jamison Gibson-Park were ruled out after suffering injuries during the 29-20 win over New Zealand last Saturday.
Baloucoune will win his second cap having scored a try on debut against the USA last summer.
Henshaw, who started all three Lions Tests, returns after recovering from a foot injury.
There are no changed to the pack, with James Ryan taking the captaincy in the absence of Sexton, and he is partnered in the second row by Iain Henderson.
The front row of Andrew Porter, Ronan Kelleher and Tadhg Furlong is retained as is the back row of Caelan Doris, Josh van der Flier and Jack Conan.
Hugo Keenan gets another opportunity to impress at full-back, with James Lowe starting his third consecutive game for Ireland. Garry Ringrose will partner Henshaw in the centre.
