Wales 24-26 Ireland

Ireland gained a thrilling victory over Wales in their first-ever women's international in Colwyn Bay.

Clodagh Dunne scored two tries and others came from Stacey Greenwood, Storm Cobain and Alex McGuinness, whose conversion of her own 70th-minute score proved crucial as Wales finished strongly.

Wales, playing their first-ever home match, trailed 26-16 before captain Ffion Lewis and Lowri Norkett both scored their second tries in quick succession to set up a tense finish.
