Leinster and Connacht will begin their Heineken Champions Cup campaigns at home against Bath and Stade Francais, respectively.
Munster are on the road for the opening round to face Wasps, while Ulster travel to Clermont with all ties to take place on 10/11/12 December; exact times and dates are still to be confirmed by organisers EPCR.
Round two takes place on the following weekend with Connacht away to Leicester and Leinster visiting Montpellier, while Munster host Castres and Ulster welcoming Northampton to Belfast.
The weekend of 14/15/16 January sees the reverse fixtures take place with the completion of the pool stages on 21/22/23 January in a repeat of the round-one clashes with opposite home and away venues.
The eight highest-ranked clubs from each pool will qualify for the knockout stage which will consist of a round of 16 on a home and away basis, quarter-finals and semi-finals, with the final in Marseille on 28 May 2022.
Meanwhile, the United Rugby Championship (URC) has confirmed that Leinster's round-two match away to the Dragons will be live on RTÉ on Sunday 3 October (2pm), and the holders' round-five clash in Glasgow will be televised on TG4 on Saturday, 23 October with a 7.35pm kick-off.
