Ronan Kelleher has joined the British and Irish Lions squad as cover as they get set to begin a week of training in Jersey.
The 23-year-old has come into the group with Jamie George still in action with the Scarlets.
A total of 26 players have assembled to begin preparations game versus Japan on 26 June.
Kelleher has 11 Irish caps and enjoyed a good season with Leinster.
Lions head coach Warren Gatland said: "I'm delighted to welcome Ronan to train with the squad this week while we wait for Jamie George to complete his domestic season with Saracens next weekend."
