Players from the four Irish provinces make up all but two positions on the Guinness Pro14 team of the year.
Ulster, who finished second in Conference A, have four players in the side, while Connacht, Munster and champions Leinster have three each.
Scrum-half John Cooney, who topped the point-scoring and assists charts, Michael Lowry, Marcell Coetzee and Eric O'Sullivan are the representatives from Dan McFarland’s side.
Four-in-a-row winners Leinster are represented by Scott Penny, Dave Kearney and Michael Bent.
Connacht’s Alex Wootton, who along with Penny and Coetzee, was the tournament’s top tryscorer, is included, as are team-mates Jack Carty and Gavin Thornbury.
Beaten finalists Munster have Billy Holland, Kevin O’Byrne and Damian De Allende in the side.
Glasgow’s Huw Jones and Cardiff’s Josh Turnbull were also selected by a pool of 75-plus media from across Ireland, the UK, Italy and South Africa.
Meanwhile, Coetzee was also voted in as the player's player of the season.
The South African, who will move to the Bulls at the end of the season, ranked first for offloads (20) while also ranking in the top five for successful carries (67) and claiming 95% success in his 105 tackles.
