Leinster out-half Ross Byrne has replaced Billy Burns in the Ireland match-day squad while England have been forced to make a change to their starting line-up with full-back Max Malins ruled out.
The Bristol Bears full-back has been ruled out with a leg injury, forcing Eddie Jones into a back-line rejig. Elliot Daly, originally selected in the centre, has been shifted over to full-back, while Ollie Lawrence comes in at centre.
Leicester forward George Martin takes Lawrence's spot on the bench.
For Ireland, Burns had received the nod as Johnny Sexton's back-up but a late injury has put paid to those plans.
Head coach Andy Farrell described Burns' problem as a "slight pull on his groin".
Burns played in three of Ireland's Six Nations games in the 2021 campaign, starting against France and coming on as a substitute against Wales and Italy.
Against Wales, he endured a nightmarish cameo, missing touch with the final kick of the game, which could have given Ireland an attacking lineout close to the try-line as they sought to rescue the match. With Sexton out injured, he started the next game against France but another injury saw him replaced by Byrne at half-time.
Byrne has earned 12 caps for Ireland thus far, all bar two from the bench. His two starts have come against England in Twickenham, the 2019 World Cup warm-up game and last November's Autumn Nations Cup encounter.
