Munster coach Johann van Graan has made four changes to his team for their Guinness PRO14 clash against Glasgow on Monday (8.15pm).

Jack O'Sullivan starts at senior level for the first time for the province, while Billy Holland, who saw game time last week in the bonus point win over Ospreys, comes into the team and will captain the southern province.

Elsewhere, Ben Healy is in at out-half while Calvin Nash is named at wing.

JJ Hanrahan could play for the province for the 100th time if he is sprung from the bench.

Munster have won their opening give games of the new PRO14 season and currently top Conference B, eight points clear of Cardiff.
