France's Pascal Gauzère will take charge of Leinster's Heineken Champions Cup quarter-final against Saracens.
The last two winners of the competition and last year's finalists meet in the Aviva Stadium on 19 September, with Leo Cullen's Leinster side bidding to regain the trophy they lost last year.
George Clancy and Joy Neville will be the assistant referees.
Saracens are likely to be without Owen Farrell for the game. The out-half faces a disciplinary hearing today following his sending off during a Premiership game on Saturday.
Wayne Barnes of England will officiate Ulster's clash away to Toulouse on 20 September.
French officials Alex Ruiz and Thomas Charabas are on the touchlines.
Meanwhile, Andrew Brace (IRFU) has been announced as the referee for the Guinness Pro14 final between Ulster and Leinster on Saturday evening.
