Ulster's Kieran Treadwell has been cited in the wake of his side's win over Bath on Saturday.
The lock is alleged to have tackled Bath flanker Tom Ellis in a dangerous manner with 12 minutes remaining in the 22-15 victory over the Premiership side.
Treadwell's disciplinary hearing is scheduled for Thursday.
It is not the only disciplinary matter to arise from the match at Kingspan Stadium with Bath replacement hooker Ross Batty receiving a straight red card for an alleged high tackle on Ulster scrum half John Cooney.
His hearing will take place today.
