Connacht have been boosted by the return of their captain Jarrad Butler to the starting team to face Gloucester in the Heineken Champions Cup on Sunday in Kingsholm (Kick off 1pm).
Butler was a late injury withdrawal ahead of Connacht's opening-round win over Montpellier in the Sportsground and came off the bench in last weekend's 24-12 win over the Southern Kings.
He returns to the starting line-up alongside Eoghan Masterson and Colby Fainga'a, with Robin Copeland making way.
Elsewhere in the forwards, there is a highly experienced front row with hooker Tom McCartney and props Denis Buckley and Finlay Bealham. In the second row Joe Maksymiw starts alongside Quinn Roux.
In the back-line, an injury to full back Matt Healy has forced a re-jig. Australian wing John Porch slots in at No. 15, with Kyle Godwin and Niyi Adeolokun on the wings.
It's all change in the centre positions with Tom Farrell and Tom Daly making way for Bundee Aki and Peter Robb.
In the half-backs, Jack Carty returns at No. 10 where he forms a partnership with Caolin Blade.
Connacht coach Andy Friend hailed the return of his captain Butler and stressed the importance of the upcoming back to back games against Gloucester
He said: "It is great to have Jarrad Butler back in the side. As our captain he has a massive influence on the group and his presence will be important for such a big occasion.
"We have also made a few positional changes to our side. Matt Healy picked up a knock in training so John Porch will slot in at full back and Kyle Godwin moves to the wing.
"The back to back fixtures in this competition are always critical and the next two weeks against Gloucester will decide our Champions Cup season. Next week will be a huge occasion but first we have to get a result on Sunday."
