Leinster's Judy Bobbett will make her Ireland debut in Sunday's November International against Wales at the UCD Bowl, where she will join Nichola Fryday in the second row.
Laura Feely, Cliodhna Moloney and Linda Djougang make up the front row, while captain Ciara Griffin joins Edel McMahon and Anna Caplice in the back row to complete the pack.
Eimear Considine is named at full-back, while Lauren Delaney and Beibhinn Parsons have been selected to star on the wings.
Enya Breen will partner up with Sene Naoupu at midfield, with Ellen Murphy and Nicole Cronin taking up the out-half and scrum-half positions.
There are new faces on the bench, with Victoria Dabanovich O'Mahony, Katie O'Dwyer, Niamh Ní Dhroma and Hannah O'Connor all hoping to win their first cap.
"Sunday is the first marker for our squad with an exciting and challenging season ahead," said coach Adam Griggs following the squad announcement.
"We have had some good training games and preparation, so it's now time to put that into action with a strong performance.
This week sees a step up in intensity as is required from our players as they play this home test match in front of friends, family and supporters.

"Our focus is starting off this international window with a fast start and showing the progress that has been made over the last six weeks in camp.
"While it is great to have a core of experienced players, we know we will need the entire squad to step up and show what they can do."
