Munster rugby coach Johann van Graan says Joey Carbery will not be risked in Saturday's Heineken Champions Cup semi-final against Saracens in Coventry.
The Ireland out-half injured his hamstring in the quarter-final win over Edinburgh at the end of March.
"He's highly unlikely to play but we won't take a chance with him," the South African told RTÉ Sport.
There was better news, however, for wing Keith Earls, who will train fully from today.
"We believe he's going to be fine," said Van Graan.
Earls - who'd scored two tries in the quarter-final win over Edinburgh - was a late withdrawal from last Friday's Guinness Pro14 clash against Treviso as a precaution.
